DESCRIPTION:Join us for Armed Forces Weekend! \nSaturday 20 – Sunday 21 June\n10am – 4pm\n\n \nImmerse yourself in the stories of WWII  \n\nWWII Tours & Talks for Adults \nClick here to learn more ( https://nothefort.org.uk/events/ww2-talks-tours/ )\nCome along WWII Tours and talks for Adults – dates and times to be announced.\n\nFamily Activities Include:\n• Friend or Foe Plane Spotting\nHelp us identify enemy planes with the Friend or Foe game.\n• Motorbike Dispatch Rider\nSee what it would have been like on a Dispatch Rider’s motorcycle.\n• Anti-Aircraft Gun Operator\nStep into the shoes of an anti-aircraft gun operator and defend the skies.\n• Signal Light Operator\nSignal lights were used to defend against night-time bomber raids. See how it works!\n• Lookout Duty\nUse the binoculars to see enemy ships and use the rangefinder to work out their distance.\n\nKeep an eye out for themed mice characters hidden around the Fort!\n \n\nBring the whole family and make history come alive for Armed Forces Weekend.\n\n \nADMISSION INFORMATION:\n\n\nThis event is included in the price of admission and is FREE with an Annual Pass.\n\n\nWhat3Words Location for Nothe Fort: dogs.claim.nest\n\n\nParking: parking is available outside the fort at Nothe Car Park (What3Words: mixed.stuck.serve)\n\n\nSeating Provided: – Performances will provide seats. There are seats all around the Fort if required while on site.\n\n\nFood and Drink: The Fort View Café will be open for the duration of this event.\n\n\nDogs: We are a dog-friendly museum. We ask that all dogs remain on short leads at all times.
