Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.

What is a Nothe Fort Gift Card?

A Nothe Fort Gift Card is an Annual Pass that can be purchased on behalf of someone else, and gifted.

This Gift Card will be valid from date of purchase, for 12 months. It will allow free entry to the museum and daytime activities.

How do I order a Gift Card?

You can order a Gift Card by calling our office on 01305 766626 and selecting option #2. Your order will be registered, and payment taken over the phone.

What details do I need to provide?

We will need the details of the person booking and the details of the recipient, including name, address, and any personalisation to the card.

How will I receive the Nothe Fort Gift Card?

Your Gift Card will be printed and attached to a Nothe Fort Christmas Card. This will be sent to the purchaser or to the recipient, as per request. You can even add your own personal message. It will be sent with Proof of Postage.

This will include details on type of Gift Card, and expiry date.

When will I receive my Gift Card?

Gift Cards are available to book over the phone Monday-Friday between 9:30am-3:30pm, we aim to send the card within 5 working days.

How many people are included in my Gift Card?

The Gift Card will have details as to type, this can be found within the card.

Our Gift Cards can be any of the following:

• Family of 2 Adults, 2 Children
• Small Family of 1 Adult, 2 Children
• Adult Single
• Adult Couples
• Concession Single
• Concession Couple
• Child (5-16 years)

Are events free with the Gift Card?

We often hold activities during school holidays, bank holidays and occasional weekends. These activities may be covered by your Gift Card. See our Events Programme via nothefort.org.uk/whats-on for further details.

What is Gift Aid and how does it work?

Gift Aid means charities can claim an extra 25p for every £1 they receive from a UK taxpayer. If you’re a UK taxpayer we can claim 25p for every £1 you pay on Gift Cards, at no extra cost to you.

What will happen when my Gift Card expires?

We will write to you before your Gift Card expires to let you know that it is due for renewal.

You will be able to renew your membership over the phone or online via our ticketing link.
