Family Ghost Tours during Halloween Half-Term 👻

This Halloween, Nothe Fort will be opening an additional spooky tunnel to explore. Let our guides lead you through the history behind the Fort’s walls…
Tour Information
Times: Daily from 26 – 31 October 2025. Every 30 mins from 11am – 3.30pm (break at 1pm)
Spaces: Limited spaces (10 per tour)
How to Book: book for FREE from the Shop desk on the day of your visit.
(Please be aware: the tour involves plenty of steps and one-way tunnels.)

Quiet Opening: Saturday 1st November 10am
Join us for our Quiet Opening Days during the school holidays for families and individuals who would like to enjoy holiday activities at a quieter, less crowded pace.
Creepy Crawly Creatures by Ants on a Rock

Join us for some creepy crawly insect and animal shows by Ants on a Rock.
Bookable on the day – 40 tickets per 25 minute show. Tickets are first come first served – don’t miss out on all the creepy-crawly fun.
Show times:
11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, & 3:00pm
Looking for something scary for Grown-ups?
Thrill-seekers will love this year’s Nothe of the Living Dead event, which combines jump scares and escape dungeon-style challenges and puzzles in an hour-long experience that sees participants take on a chilling quest to save the world from an undead takeover.
Friday 31st Oct and Saturday 1st Nov only.

Dogs: We are a dog-friendly museum. We ask that all dogs remain on short leads at all times. Please expect to see dogs in the Fort during your visit.
