We are absolutely delighted to share what has been an incredible and memorable week for our organisation, with not one, but multiple prestigious award wins recognising the passion, dedication, and impact of our team.
Mayor’s Community Award Winners 2026
Earlier this week, we were honoured to be recognised as part of the Mayor’s Community Awards 2026, celebrating individuals and organisations who make a meaningful difference within the local community.
Nothe Fort was nominated for our commitment and dedication to maintaining and improving the fort, and to staging exhibitions and events for the benefit of both the local community and visitors to Weymouth. In particular, last year, our volunteers went above and beyond opening the fort for an additional month in order to host the “Standing with Giants: Falklands Tribute” exhibition, attracting nearly 8,000 visitors, including over 800 Falkland Islands Conflict veterans and their families.
This award reflects the hard work, compassion, and commitment that drives everything we do. To be acknowledged at a civic level is something we are incredibly proud of, and it reinforces our belief in the importance of supporting and strengthening our community.

Weymouth Business Awards 2026 Winners
As if that wasn’t enough, we are thrilled to announce that we have just returned from the Weymouth Business Awards with two amazing award wins:

🏆 The Beaumont Jones Community Service Award
Winning ActionCOACH Business of the Year is an incredible achievement and a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and innovation demonstrated by our entire team.
The judges said they chose us for our customer service approach, our attitude to marketing and financial challenges, and raising the town’s profile through our success.
Also, a special shout out to South Coast Embroidery, who make our excellent uniforms, on winning the Portland ActionCOACH Business of the Year!
Winning the Beaumont Jones Community Service Award holds special meaning for us as this recognises our ongoing commitment to making a positive and lasting difference within the community we serve.
Together, these awards highlight not only our business success but also the values that sit at the heart of what we do.
